Snowscenes In and Around Cottonwood Lake, Colorado (March 29, 2008)
I received feedback from friends that they missed seeing the plethora
of Colorado scenery that I normally show off. Well, I was out of state
(bicycling across America) and
I'm back! Today I made the short drive to Cottonwood Lake,
nestled in the Sawatch Mountains near Mt. Princeton. Although the high temperatures
have been above freezing of late, there is still a lot of snow in the mountains!

The snow is definitely melting, but be advised that you won't get past this snow embankment at the bridge.
