Snowfall does not happen often in the Houston, Texas area. So when it snowed on Christmas Eve in 2004, my daughter and I made sure we took advantage of enjoying various snow activities in our neighborhood. With the snowfall coming down, here is a photo of a windsurfing Santa! ;)
